Our Commitment

At MBC School Lunch, we are committed to providing fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals that fuel students' learning, growth, and success. Our menus are thoughtfully planned using quality ingredients to create meals children enjoy and parents can feel confident about. We strive to make lunchtime a healthy, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for every student.

Drinks

​

Every hot lunch includes one beverage: Milk, Chocolate Milk, or Bottled Water.

Monthly Menus

​

A different meal is served each day to provide variety and encourage healthy eating habits. Menus are planned monthly and include fresh fruits and/or vegetables whenever possible. Menus are posted 2 months in advance. MBC School Lunch reserves the right to substitute menu items due to product availability while maintaining comparable nutritional value.

Food Allergies & Special Dietary Requests

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared food preparation areas. Parents are responsible for notifying MBC School Lunch of allergies before placing orders.

Pricing

​

Academy Hot Lunch: $8.00 per meal. Academy Large Lunch: $9.00 per meal. Salad Bar: $6.50 per meal.

For example: cheeseburger meal $8.00. Double cheeseburger $9.00. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Ordering

​

All orders must be placed and paid through the MBC School Lunch Lunch Order Portal by the 20th of the previous month. Scan the QR code or www.mbcschoollunch.com

​

Payment

​

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. Returned or declined payments may be subject to a $35 returned payment fee.

​

Late Orders

​

After the 20th, late orders may be accepted based on meal availability. A $15 processing fee, a $5 late order fee, and a minimum one-week notice are required.

​

Emergency Lunch

​

Emergency Lunches must be ordered through the MBC School Lunch Portal by 9:00 AM on the day lunch is needed. Pricing is as follows:

• 1st Emergency Lunch: $8.00

• 2nd Emergency Lunch: $10.00

• 3rd and each additional Emergency Lunch: $15.00

If a student does not bring a lunch and an Emergency Lunch has not been requested by 9:00 AM, parents/guardians are responsible for providing their student's lunch. Your school and MBC School Lunch cannot guarantee that a meal will be available after the 9:00 AM deadline.

Menu Changes

​

Parents may request changes to a previously ordered lunch (for example, changing from Cheese Pizza to Pepperoni Pizza) by contacting MBC School Lunch via email, phone call, or text message.

All menu change requests must be received no later than 9:00 AM on the day the meal will be served. Requests received after 9:00 AM cannot be guaranteed, and the originally ordered meal will be prepared and served.

Credits & Refunds

​

All lunch purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds or credits cannot be issued for absences, forgotten lunches, vacations, or schedule changes. Field trips and class parties may qualify for a lunch transfer only with at least one week's email notice to info@mbcschoollunch.com.

Student Meals

​

Meals are prepared specifically for the student listed on the order and may not be transferred or shared without prior approval.

​

School Closures

​

If school is canceled due to weather or other emergencies, prepaid lunches will be credited to another available lunch date whenever possible.
